I have been a non-profit leader for 25 years with proven success and innovation. I'm also a Master Level Coach, a builder of organizational culture, a developer of systems, and a relentless advocate. My passions are HIV, Housing, Mental Health, LGBT+ services, and trauma-informed, healing centered organizations.  I excel in intersectional spaces that honor people in a holistic, strengths-based manner.
